HyLift Johnson Lifters new (2148) for Small Block LS engines are OEM designed with forged steel bodies and an increased bearing area. Featured with a C clip retainer for maximum security, race or variable duration, slow leak down and direct shot oiling system. These lifters are for high performance or race use and can not be run with out adjustable rockers.
